The recruitment process

The recruitment process is very simple and works in 4 key steps: 

1. You must complete an online form. This is a very quick step to complete which may take 3 minutes.
2. After receiving your application, the Be My Nounou team will get back to you by email or phone. You are then invited for an interview on the premises of the agency.
3. The agency finds you a family. Be My Nounou pays attention to your expectations and finds you a family that will be perfectly suited to your wishes in terms of location, working hours, etc.
4. Sign your Be My Nounou contract.

The course of the meeting process:

When your application has finally been validated and the family has been selected, the file is sent to them. Now it’s up to the family to contact you and offer to meet you. The family then comes back to you to offer you an interview according to your respective availability. Once the meeting has been completed, it is up to you to decide whether you want to work with the family. You have to make the right decision if the family is right for you.

In the last step of the recruitment process, the agency signs your contract. This is a key step since you are officially one of the Be My Nounou workers.
